Priority Mail cannot be guaranteed for specific time frames as heightened security can delay the delivery of packages to Military bases especially outside the United States. Canadian Orders We no longer ship directly to Canada but you may order through our Canadian Distributor by dialing toll-free at 1-800-241-5087. International Ordering We do not accept orders with international credit or debit cards. However if you would like to place an order to be shipped internationally you could pay with a money order issued in U.S. funds. Standard shipping charges: Includes all APO/FPO Address USPS Parcel Post - $ 7.95 (5-7 Business Days) USPS Priority - $ 12.00 (2-3 Business Days) Order Turn-Around: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours on business days. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. The day an order is placed is not considered a transit day. Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email receipt. If you didn't receive this, either your order did not submit correctly, you didn't enter your email address correctly or your Internet provider is filtering your e-mail and rejecting legitimate e-mail by mistake. Return Information • We Do not Accept Unauthorized Returns. • Orders Returned To Us Without A Return Authorization Number Marked Clearly on The Box Will Be Refused. • No Returns accepted after 35 Days from Invoice date. • 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from credit issued for any return not due to our error. • No shipping charges will be refunded.
